What it does
Maximum days to expiration for mechanical engine entries. The bot will not enter in an expiration further out than this.
When to change it
Raising above 65 means collecting more premium but tying up buying power longer and holding through more potential adverse moves.
Safe range
40 (tighter) to 75 (wider).
Example
With max DTE of 65, on June 1 the bot targets expirations between July 1 and August 5.
