Privacy policy

What we collect from the website

When you submit a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, email address, account type, and any message text. We also receive standard request metadata such as IP address, browser type, and referring page.

We do not collect brokerage credentials, API keys, or trading data through this website. Nothing on acondor.com asks for them and no form here accepts them.

What the software collects and where it lives

When you run ACondor, the software stores your bot configuration, the settings you choose, its decision history, and the trades it places, along with the brokerage API credentials you supply so it can connect to your account.

Where that data physically sits depends on how you run ACondor:

• Managed hosting (planned). Your data lives in a database dedicated to you, on infrastructure we operate in Microsoft Azure. It is not shared with other customers and it is not commingled in a multi-tenant database. We can technically access it, and we do so only for provisioning, billing, and incident response.
• Self-hosted, during early access. Your data stays on the machine and database you run, and we never receive it.

We do not review your trading, analyze your performance for our own purposes, publish your results, or use your trading data to train any model.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and to notify you about ACondor early access.
• To provide, operate, and support the software, including provisioning your instance.
• To process subscription payments and prevent fraud.
• To diagnose defects and investigate security incidents.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not send marketing email outside the topic you contacted us about, and we do not use analytics data for advertising.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and product support), consent (early access notifications, withdrawable at any time), and legal obligation.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic statistics. GA4 sets cookies and reports page views, session counts, and source attribution. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not link analytics data to your ACondor account. You can block these cookies in your browser with no loss of functionality. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no common standard for honoring them.

Who processes your data

We use the following third parties. Each has its own privacy policy, and we recommend reviewing the ones relevant to you.

We may also disclose data where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions and inquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
• Bot configuration and trading history: for the life of your subscription, then deleted on request.
• Credentials: until you remove them or your instance is deleted. Revoking the OAuth application at your broker makes them useless immediately, regardless of our retention.
• Billing records: retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
• Backups: roll off automatically on their own cycle after deletion.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a given purpose, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for it or treat you differently for asking.

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not conduct targeted advertising or profiling, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the request will always be honored if you make it.

Security and breach notification

Our technical controls are described on the Security page. No system is perfectly secure. If we confirm a breach affecting your personal data or credentials, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of confirming it, along with what we know and what you should do.

Children

ACondor is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and our providers process data there. If you use ACondor from outside the US, your data is transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers or by prominent notice on this site before taking effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
